Custom Order Information

Player name/number will be printed exactly as it's showed in the approved order form.

Zone Sporting Goods follows approved size for player names and numbers on men’s, women’s and youth jersey sizes. If you would like to custom player information to be different size regardless of the garment size, please let our service team know this information as well. Be sure that the Mock up you receive reflects this information BEFORE you approve it. If you do want all your player names and numbers to be the same size, they will be sized to fit on the smallest garment on your order.

Once you place an order, we will provide you with a mock-up. Within the established time frame for providing mock-ups, one of our service team will send you an email mock-up for the customized items on your order.

For revisions, email is the preferred line of communication and is required for final mock-up approval. Without email approval of the mock-up, no production will be completed.

By submitting your final mock-up approval to our design team, you agree to the following terms:

“I verify that all lettering and/or word spellings, graphics, colors, and content included in the approved mock-up are correct.”

Zone Sporting Goods is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: misspelling, graphics, grammar, punctuation, and final appearance of colors.

Please note that mock-ups are not to scale and are used for demonstration purposes only. All sizing and placement are per our standards by garment, style & size. The colors displayed on your screen and shown on your mock-up are not guaranteed to be a true match to the colors that will be on the finished product.

Zone Sporting Goods’s design team is dedicated to delivering quality custom artwork that caters to your team’s unique preferences. However, since the Zone Sporting Goods name and reputation are associated with every design we create or print, we have established certain content standards. Zone Sporting Goods reserves the right to refuse to produce artwork based on its content.

The following are some of the categories of content that may result in refusal:

• Sexually explicit or suggestive content

• Offensive language, symbols, or gestures

• Racist or anti-religious content or themes

• The inclusion of copyrighted images

If your logo is rejected by design or customer service, you will be given an opportunity to modify its content so that it can be produced. Although we will make every effort to inform you as early as possible that we must reject such items, please note that these changes may increase the design time.

If you are providing a file to us and think some of the content may not pass, please bring this up with customer service at the time of order. This may prevent delays later.

At Zone Sporting Goods, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality items in a wide range of colors. Our customized garments are no exception. However, due to various factors affected such as mix of fabrics, temperature,etc.., we cannot guarantee exact fabric or color reproductions on all fill-in reorders. Slight color differences may occur between the same colors used on different printing methods due to different graphic materials and application processes.

We have taken great care in producing a color palette that matches the colors in our fabric as closely as possible. However, when these colors are printed as part of a gradient, they may not match as closely as a solid color. Please note that because of variations in display and/or printer settings, it is impossible for us to be sure that we are displaying an exact match when our art department sends you a mock-up. The color in your garment may or may not resemble the color on your screen or printout. Colors used in mock-ups are for display purposes only.

Printing colors are referred to by name at the time of order and confirmed when the mock-up is confirmed. Unfortunately, customized items cannot be accepted for return if the final color output does not match either the color displayed at the time the mock-up was confirmed or other items ordered. If you believe that a named color was used in error, please contact customer service. At Zone Sporting Goods, our policy is to provide our customers with the closest color matching possible.

Zone Sporting Goods and its affiliated companies are offering to collaborate with you to incorporate your designs, artwork, and logos on the products you purchase from them. Any designs that Zone Sporting Goods creates for you will be their intellectual property, even if you have paid a fee for their design services. You will receive the artwork only as it appears on the goods purchased from Zone Sporting Goods and not in any electronic format. Zone Sporting Goods will have the right to use the artwork for any lawful purpose, including sales and advertising.

If you provide Zone Sporting Goods with original and usable designs, those designs will remain your property unless you request changes that significantly alter the design. In such cases, the design will become Zone Sporting Goods’ intellectual property. You must ensure that you have all the necessary rights to use customer designs that you provide to Zone Sporting Goods. You are responsible for all costs or damages arising from a claim of infringement related to your customer design. You must provide written proof of your rights to use any third-party logo or trademark before Zone Sporting Goods can use or incorporate such logos into your artwork.
